Found a bug:
When selecting a landing site for your capsule when starting a mission, the actual mission map is centered on the screen, but the clickable regions are offset to the left.
IE. You can click a capsule site to choose that point to start the mission from - however the hotbox is off to the top left instead of aligned with the map.

Other than that everything seems to work great. Thanks again.

Just a note for anyone running at 1080p but with a shimmery low res look in the missions - turn off Smart Gamma Post Processing in the ingame options, that should fix it.

Wow! Great work Jackfuste!
Coincidentally I just installed this game today for nostalgic value.
I'm playing on a 1600 x 900 screen, could you modify the patch for this resolution as well?

hey,

when i tried running UFO Aftershock with this widescreen patch it loads up the entire game too far to the bottom right.

My monitor is 1920x1080 capable.

It works fine once the widescreen mod is removed.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks guys

I had that problem too - try starting the game without the mod, go in and adjust all your options and save them, then apply the fix and see if it works then.

Fix updated - available from the PC Gaming Wiki Community Files (search there)

- Added support for resolutions 1600x900 and 1680x1050.
