I'd suggest keeping the "delete options" method as our primary one. The hex edit solution can be mentioned too for users who are comfortable with that. But I'd say the majority of gamers will find the first method more convenient.

Sorry, I didn't mention it because I thought it was common... The way you input a custom res for Fuel is kinda similar.

Anyway, I suppose the short text version will be enough for anyone using a hex editor even sporadically.

Method section (and Confirmed solution) updated, hope it's not too confusing (suggestions welcome). You can now download files for max details/4x AA in 1280x768, 3840x800, 3840x1024 and 5040x1050.
I can't test the 5040x1050 file myself, so confirmation that it works as intended would be nice.

I'll do that when I get home assuming someone doesn't beat me to it :)

It didn't work, it displayed itself as 3840x800, but atm 5040x1050 isn't being picked up by NVidia automatically I have to enter it as a Custom resolution, despite it being added to my TH2Go resolution list. So that might be why its not working on mine atm.
