Hello everyone, I've been visiting this site for a while but I registered today to ask you this, since neither googling nor searching this site for it was helpful. I have 3 full HD monitors on an ATI 5870, and I started to play games in eyefinity @ 5992x1080, well it's basically 5760x1080 after bezel correction. I found so much helpful info & mods on this site for so many games, but the one game I couldn't find anything for it was the street fighter IV, well it supports the resolution natively, but I believe it's vertical -, so I'm wondering if there's any way to incraese the FOV, I tried to search for any .CFG or .INI file, but I couldn't find any useful option.

Any advice and helpful comment will be appreciated!
Thanks.

No, the game is vert- and its doesnt seem to be possible to run it on surround / eyefinity resolutions with proper hor+ screen change.

Thanks for your reply. I was hoping there's some mod or a fixer program to address this. So it seems not.

Running SF4 in a wider aspect would lead to practical problems with arena edges and wall jumps. And maybe some other things. I'm afraid vert- or letterboxing is the only proper way for a game like this, since the width is a decisive factor for the gameplay.

At my resolution, the visible part of the arena seems to be smaller than usual (hor -) !! But I'm not sure, perhaps I'm wrong. Anyone else tried/can try this game?
Besides I was wishing to mildly increase the fov, just to be able to see the upper part of the legs and some low fireballs and moves.
Can anyone just point me in the right direction? I don't mind doing the mod myself, though I'm new to this stuff, I'd like to try!

The width should be the same regardless of your resolution. Your best bet would be to try the resolution of your center display in single display mode.

In general, this game is a lot "closer" than the older SF2 titles. There are some moves where stuff gets cropped at the top and bottom of the screens (Spinning Piledriver) which makes you wonder if everyone involved even had a concrete idea of what they were designing it for.

If I owned the game I could take a look at it. There's no guarantee I would be able to do anything with it, but it could be worth a shot eventually.

What a sad thing. I was just about the purchase the game, but if it doesn't support Eyefinity, then I guess I have to skip it.
