I just received my TH2Go Digital in the mail a few days ago. I connected it up and installed the software (both the latest GXM software as well as the latest TH2Go firmware update).

I then manually installed the .INF driver file for the TH2Go so that in Device Manager, I see the TH2Go listed instead of "Generic PnP Monitor".

My monitors are Samsung SyncMaster 2053BW's. The maximum resolution on them is 1680x1050x60, though the manual shows 57Hz as a supported refresh rate.

My graphics cards are two matched nVidia 8800GTX's in SLI.

My Operating System is Windows Vista Ultimate x64.

When I run the GXM Compatibility tool, it shows clear across the board that I my machine is supported and can do 5040x1050.

When I look at the machine configuration in the GXM software, it shows that I am, in fact, using a dual-link DVI connection.

However, no matter what I've tried, I've not been able to see the 3x1680x1050 resolution in the GXM resolution selector.

I'm sure that I'm making some kind of n00bish mistake, but I'd like to get this sorted out. Any help is appreciated.

I've tried calling Matrox support and every time I do I get "no one is available to take your call". I've filed a web support case and no one has emailed me back.

I am curious about this too. I still game at 3840x1024 because I cannot find the 1680x1050x3 either...

fixed!

here's what I did:

I got home from work and formatted my HDD and did a 100% fresh install of Windows Vista Ultimate x64.

I then installed the latest drivers from nVidia for my mobo (I have an eVGA 680i board).

Then, I downloaded the latest 175.xx series WHQL drivers from nVidia's site and installed them.

Next, I installed the Matrox PowerDesk software.

The PowerDesk tools did _NOT_ show 5040x1050, but the normal Windows desktop settings for resolution selection _DID_, so I changed in Windows and left the GXM tools out of the mix.
