I have just seen this forum and looks very intersesting to see the different ways people achieve wider FOV for applications.

I work for Immersive Display UK Ltd and we produce a single projector wide FOV display system.

This allows the user to be fully immersed into the environment.

I have a quick video of a driving concept using LFS here

If you would like any other info or want to ask any questions about how the technology works etc please feel free to here on our forum

many thanks

Nick

Any plans to build like a lightweight ceramic 1.5 meter wide, 1 meter tall "clamshell" cone screen mounted on a desk stand, with a projector attached so its over your head aimed down and calibrated so it can display at an angle?

Like a 30" or 40" monitor wrapped around your head.

Heck, i wish monitor manufacturers would just do that...
