My favorite PC racin game was Need for Speed: High Stakes (or Road Challenge depending where you were).

Great cars, great tracks, and a good soundtrack that suited the game.

I liked the first Underground, but id rather race exotic sports cards instead of tuner cars, i didnt enjoy the second one at all. I love Most Wanted though :D.

I have enjoyed TOCA 3 a lot. Plays great with high FPS on my 2405 at native res, all maxed out. Lots of replay value with many, many, many, types of cars and tracks.

Driver 2 never appeared on the PC, and Driv3r sucked so much it was practically a black hole... ;)

LOL, that's a good one!

Driv3r had so much potential, but bugs just killed it. They got too distracted with Ridley Scott doing that short Driv3r film. :(

I would agree with Osteoman... not too fussed on the off road tracks though.

I bought Driv3r for my xBox, i was so annoyed by it, that i returned it the very next day. Shame as the first one was really good.

My problem is that I'm addicted to realism. This really sucks for most recent "arcade" racers. Live for Speed - http://www.liveforspeed.com is pretty good. Graphics aren't the best though, but the physics are supposed to be the best, period.

It looks a lot more like NFS: Underground than Most Wanted, which is a real shame if you ask me :(. MW had the same feel as the older NFS games, while Underground was far too concentrated on tuning your car and stuff.

I just hope they include proper sports cars again instead of tuner cars.

Oh, and I know it's not 100% racing, but Crash day is pretty good, I've enjoyed it enough to keep playing it.
