I tried the instructions available but they did not work. I even edited the .ini and added my own FOV and resolution but still no luck. The only resolutions I can select are 640X480 or below, any ideas?

My guess is that either you forgot to install your video drivers, or you have a piece of crap video card that Painkiller doesn't support.

7600Gt video card. latest drivers installed.

P4 3ghz CPU. 1GB ram, gateway 19" wide screen monitor.

I figured it out. i did a REinstall of my drivers.
