So its still in development, maybe if we start chanting now it'll get implemented, and non of that stretch crap. I want the actually have more screen realestate to work with.

That looks beautiful . . . although I am still nostalgic for the days of C&C: Red Alert / Starcraft: "simple" graphics and lasting gameplay.

Seems like 16:10 and other widescreen ratios are becoming commonplace in the newer games, and I'm sure the growing number of gamers owning widescreen monitors will only embed this further.

ditto on the starcraft (i never did get into C&C)

i'd hope so but WTF is up with games like BF2 not supporting native widescreen....GAY

I am indeed crossing my fingers for native support of 16:10 in AoEIII. More and more game companies need to start including widescreen as something other than an afterthought. Valve did a superb implementation of WS with HL2 and CSS, and I hope it becomes a model for other game companies to follow. I look forward to the day when hacks and INI edits are a thing of the past, and all games support widescreen for both Single and Multiplayer natively. :)
