I am working on a new setup for Nvidia Surround with the extra accessory monitor. As it looks for now I will go for 3x Asus display and 1x Dell display.
The Asus monitors will be used for gaming and the Dell monitor for browsing and monitor tools. All the Asus screens are 1080P. So no problem here.
But I was wondering if I can run the 4th display (the accessory monitor, as it's called by Nvidia) in the resolution of 1900*1200. The Dell monitor
can run this resolution. But I am not sure if this is possible in the Nvidia setup.

Today I had a chat session with the Nvidia support department. So I got a answer on my question.
The 4th (accessory) display is always able to run it's native resolution. So in my case it will run 1900x1200.

Sorry I didn't see this one earlier. The 4th monitor can run at a fully independent res. I have 3x1080p for my Surround, and my 21:9 2560x1080 on the 4th (through HDMI).

I have my x3 Dells in Surround and two 1920x1080 TVs as extended desktops.

As mentioned, your plan is sound.

Sorry if this is a silly question. But can we access open programs that we have displaying on the accessory monitor without having to "tab-alt" out of our game? Now that I think about it...very doubtful...but hey! You never know until you ask.

If a game runs in "windowed mode" you are able to access other programs without the use of tab-alt. Believe there are also some tools you can install to help you with putting games in a windowed mode so you can always select other programs without the use of alt-tab. At the moment I'am working on my new PC. When it's up and running I can tell you more detail about how it's working.

Hey DForce...just wanted to say I am still interested in an update on your setup whenever you get a chance. Thanks.
