Im actually more interested in single GPU testing, if you get them, please make sure to post your observations on single GPU multi screen, THANKS!

I want to see a single 680 review for widescreen resolutions as well. Thinking about getting rid of my hot and noisy gtx 465's for a single 680, if the benchmarks and noise/sound/power draw make sense.

Triplescreen action at 2:35

Youtube

I wonder if they were using Widescreen Fixer for that demo?

I'm also interested in a single card Surround review. I bought my current 6950 about a year ago before getting a multi-monitor setup, and now it only just barely handles Eyefinity with mid-high settings. Once we start getting some reviews and custom cooled models of the 680 released I'll decide which I'm going to upgrade to: 7970 or 680.

TXAA looks interesting, I'll be interested in some image quality breakdowns of it vs MSAA, FXAA, etc. So far FXAA has been nice for getting AA into multi-monitor setups, but it's applied a little too liberally in some games and ends up looking a bit blurry.

So it seems to be better mostly at lower resolutions, when you push more pixels, it seems to be on par or below the 7970, hmm might get to keep my 7970 then, cant wait for benchies @ 5760

Agreed I am looking for triple wide benches.

Some interesting bits on the nvidia driver page for the new 600 drivers, including moving the taskbar to just the centre monitor and maximising windows to one monitor also. Hope this will also come to the 500 series.

Just read the entire Multi munitor extreme resolution review at HardOCP and even though I dont believe the performance gain over the 7970 is enough for me to go out and sell mine for a 680 I must say im dissapointed in AMD and I should have waited.

For me, AMD GPUs are over, I have been their customer since the 9800 days and next time I get a GPU It will be an nVidia, cheaper price and better performance per dollar, who would have thought, congrats nVidia.

Oh snap. It's going to be hard to resist buying one right away... but I'm going to try to wait and see if this starts a price war. I really, really want a 680 now though...
