Crucial have just released a firmware update for all the m4 drives.

Details are here...

Looks like it improves performance considerably, and it only concretes my opinion of it being the best SSD on the market right now :)

im still not sold on SSD..
i have a corsair 120 as my boot drive right now, i picked it cause it had latest firmware and best reviews on newegg about 4-5 months ago.

it just freezes on the odd occasion and i have to reset. its rare, but id say edging toward weekly. and i know win7 power saver stuff was definitely killing the system i had to turn that stuff off.

how are you guys fairing with the crucial?

Ive had no problems with it.

When you do a fresh windows install it turns off most of the things which should be off. I also turned all the HD power saving off because i read it can glitch but ive not knowingly had it crash me. I overclock and so have had blue screens but its always been attributed to that and they have stoped when i got the voltages tuned in.

Got the 512 version.

I also have a corsair in my macbook and that made a massive improvement to its responsiveness. Dont forget motherboard firmware can have an impact too.
