[quote][quote]First of all, I have to thank you for the great fixes!
Well, I dont really know if this was said before, but I just want to ask, because I'm playing Skyrim with my 360 pad... And while the helifax fix is really nice, I don't like that i have to have my keyboard with me all the time... I want to lean back and just enjoy ;) Is there any way to have a fix without the need to switch between modes all the time? or do i just have to cry now and play in single-monitor? :(
again, thanks for the great work so far!
I have a workaround of sorts for you if this is what you want to do. Using this handy mod ( http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=655 ) you can map whatever keys you like to your gamepad. Even more beneficial is the ability to map two buttons to one function. For example, you could set it so that when you hold left trigger and press Y, it presses * for you on the keyboard. And when you press right trigger and Y, it presses / for you. Really useful as you won't need your keyboard :)
WOW THANK YOU!! I am also using the x360 controller to play:)) So I was also using the keyboard for the mode changing:) That is the reason I didn't saw in the first place some problems with the mouse and map.
Thank you will be very handy!!!
Are you kidding? I wish I could help you a fraction of the way you've helped everyone here!
For an extra bit of brilliance, use this mod ( http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=88 ) to stop the game from using hard coded keys for a bunch of things, meaning you can almost map any key/button to any function!
