Just confirmed this via the beta, windowed mode PLP for me (I don't have pure landscape, so I can't comment on that).

And the game itself is very good. Few bugs, but will be ironed out most definitely.

I can confirm fullscreen 3x1 Landscape via NVIDIA Surround working Hor+ with spanned HUD as well. Character creation and cinematics were either Hor+ or pillarboxed to fit on the middle monitor.
