You mean a group buy, sort of thing? I don't see why not, as long as all parties understand that it's not the responsibility of the WSGF. ;)

well how i came to be in contact with them is cos i am trying to setup my own eyefinity n it seems so hard to get these stuff for a good price ... so i thought go talk to the factory lol ....

I think it's going to be hard to undercut Newegg pricing. It'll be interesting to see if that's possible. Which particular adapter are you thinking on a mass buy of? The single-link or the dual-link bandwidth adapters? I'm sorry, but for someone with just 3 posts and a day old account I don't exactly trust the concept of pooling $100 x 100 people to do a quantity order. You could make off with some MAJOR cash. For me alarm bells are going off all over the place warning me away from anything like this.

I tell you what, why don't you get your manufacturer contact in touch with monoprice.com and have them work out a deal where they now offer good pricing on active adapters? I get everything else from monoprice, because they're impossible to beat on most cabling.

yes i know 3 posts lol

im getting direct from accell (bizlink). i am exploring various web sale platforms ebay/amazon/buystation etc to setup a e-POS.

i dont think i am allowed to show my costs .... it be ... bad ....

but i am just thinking ... why hasnt all major webstores gotten their stock? or isit i havent searched well? or are these amd certified adapters not good? or ati drivers are not good? cos in my locally ... the huge IT stores are not stocking them too ... which makes me wonder if i should dump my money to grab a good price off 200 of these lol.

any thoughts?

I am a community forum moderator for them. I also have done a few NTHUSIM product demos at conventions with AMD. I'm not directly on their payroll but I have done independant contract work with them.

Hrrrm, maybe the adapters could be sold through the NTHUSIM ecommerce setup? Alex and Andy are looking for new thngs to expand the brand.

How much potential discount are we talking about compared to Newegg? I could't imagine the profit margins for Newegg being all that great. They're quantity sales with small margins on most stuff.

i see, interesting. i worked on some coolux stuff before, its a german product. i have not tried it as multiple heads before but its screen manipulation abilities are scary. but that was some years ago and it is freaking expensive (and its a machine like a rack mounted server, it uses ATI cards).

ok if thats the case you might want to try talking with accell direct? they might be open to a new channel of sales. if not we could talk again i suppose :D

im actually quite new to this e-shop thingy lol ... but i am not sure if i will be taking on too many, i was thinking of reselling Nthusim on my site haha.
