UPDATE:
Ended up buying the Dell UltraSharp U2312HM. Bought 2 refurbs for $280 shipped.
I currently have a 2008 Acer AL2416W 24" LCD with 6 ms. This thing is heavy (27 pounds, I think), so its a hassle to carry to LANs. I need something new.
Requirements for new monitor (for PC Gaming):
$250 budget
23-24" LED LCD
No preference on panel (TN / IPS), as long as its gaming worthy
No preference on 1080p vs 1920x1200
VESA (optional)
I have seen some people recommending the Dell UltraSharp U2312HM, but not entirely sure atm.
The games that I play (from Raptr's tracker): Dungeon Defenders, League of Legends, World of Tanks, Red Orchestra 2, Red Orchestra, and Darkest Hour.
So no blazing fast FPS games like Quake and Unreal Tournament.
