Id go with 3 monitors that are the same for multi monitor setups based around using all 3 screens at the same time for the same image.
bezel compensation can be very picky too about the monitors used if they are not the same.
I went 3x Dell U24010 because I wanted the view angle of IPS and the higher quality, but honestly in retrospect it was overkill. You angle the side monitors so the view angle is not so important and the quality I only needed for photoshop & editing. I could have gotten one nice monitor for that and used 3 cheaper monitors for the eyefinity.
No regrets on the purchase though except I had Rev 00 and they had a lot of issues and Dell gave me hell trying to swap them for working monitors. Took forever to match colors and even still my monitors are not perfect (slight pink shift on one, SRGB dithering on all 3)
Never buy a Rev 00 Dell monitor, wait for 2 or 3 revisions to fix the problems they seem to come out with, and if you ever have to get support or exchange I pray you have a better time about it than I did because they were the worst CS in my whole life and I still feel bitter about it even now years later because it was just that bad.
