Hi all, I have a problem :(

I just recently bought an active Single Link Dvi -> DP cable, and an DP -> Mini DP cable (seeing that many people here have this working, and haven't seen anyone having a problem with this).
I've got 3 monitors, 3x Dell 2209WA (1680x1050 resolution), an ati 5970, but I cannot make a 3x1 group.
2 monitors are connected through normal DVI-DVI, and a 3rd using DVI -> active DP -> mini DP

I can only make a group using 2 monitors, I'm not able to have all 3 monitors on at the same time.

Anyone has any suggestions how to solve this?

Problem solved, apparantly this is a passive one, even though the shop told me it's active...
Gonna RMA this and buy an active one.
