Its source engine, so a simple -h -w hack does the job. One strange thing Ive noticed is that the aiming cursor disappears on the right side of the screen. Very weird. Laser sight helps, but it makes tossing nades inaccurate.

Maybe a simple HUD fix might do it, but I dunno.

Also the night vision alt-fire on the marksman rifle does not work properly. The right most portion of the screen caps the night vision. It works properly on the most left though.

I think the right side is a no go for a lot of HUD elements (except the map apparently) since the pop ups in the middle of the screen are cut in half.

I can try in a little bit, I'm about to play a couple of hours with some friends. It should work fine.

Okay it works, but it's a little annoying to do.

First load up the game.
Got to settings, and hit enter (should go to video automatically).
Then go to display mode (3rd one down) hit run in window and press escape.

Now at this point it will make your life easier if you have ultramon (or something like it) to expand the window across the whole desktop to do the other settings. But it can be done without it.

Now put in the resolution you want.
Then flip it back to fullscreen.

Too bad I didn't get it to work in 5x1 Portrait

The hud FOV Calc tool for use with CS:S, TF2, and L4D2 works on this. I can move my hud to the center monitor. having no display issues. Will try to get a screen shot up soon

Playing at 6112X1200 (bezel compensation) and looks great :D
