:chants:

That looks beautiful . . . although I am still nostalgic for the days of C&C: Red Alert / Starcraft: "simple" graphics and lasting gameplay.

Seems like 16:10 and other widescreen ratios are becoming commonplace in the newer games, and I'm sure the growing number of gamers owning widescreen monitors will only embed this further.

I am indeed crossing my fingers for native support of 16:10 in AoEIII. More and more game companies need to start including widescreen as something other than an afterthought. Valve did a superb implementation of WS with HL2 and CSS, and I hope it becomes a model for other game companies to follow. I look forward to the day when hacks and INI edits are a thing of the past, and all games support widescreen for both Single and Multiplayer natively. :)
