SoftTH (fullscreen, DX9 x86) in (path-to-game)\bin. In-game fullscreen, select massive resolution (every time).

NOTES:
1. Hor+ & FOV looks proper. All views, video & text perfect. HUD perfect, except stats widget: bottom-center instead of bottom-right (looks good. There's a potential fix, but not worth bother). Main menu's art background is stretched.
2. Optional FOV (not needed): Affects the enviro & not your weapon. In-game console (~). Type sv_cheats 1 (& press Enter), then FOV ## (yours). Then sv_cheats 0 (optional, recommended), exit console (~).
