SoftTH (fullscreen, DX9 x86). Edit %APPDATA%\Microsoft\FSX-SE\fsx_se.CFG. WideViewAspect=True. In game launcher, select massive resolution. In-game use fullscreen (Alt+Enter, each time).

Looks good, but not stable when changing view (F9-F11) or switching to fullscreen (Alt+Enter). These regularly crash the game. Workaround: stick with 1 view & restart game between missions.
