Left 4 Dead 2 2009 Manual PLP Instructions
SoftTH (fullscreen, DX9 x86, in bin folder). Start game. If black screen, press Esc x2 for menu. Select fullscreen & massive resolution. Game looks good & FOV looks proper. But rare flat splash image stretched, & video at startup may be black.
