In-game windowed. Shortcut/launcher arguments -w#### -h#### (yours no border *). ShiftWindow (+ border = borderless). Optional FOV: in-game Options, Controls.
NOTE * Deprecated: tester used "resolution+border" shortcut/launcher values, which is not strictly proper.
