Launcher, Options, set fullscreen & advanced quality wanted. Quit. Edit %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Witcher 2\Config\User.ini (launcher creates file). Height & Width your base PLP resolution. Put SoftTH files in game-install's "bin" folder (same base PLP resolution). Widescreen Fixer (WSF): select game version *, not auto-detect, Custom 16:5 aspect & same base PLP resolution.

All player views work perfect. Optional FOV mod (untested) http://redkit.cdprojektred.com/index.php?c=mod&m=show&p=76 . * If unsure WSF game version, use trial & error. Wrong version hangs game; Ctrl+Alt+Del kill task. FIXES: If game hangs on right version, first kill game (if there's no audio, use Ctrl+Alt+Del. If audio, press Esc x 5+ slowly, then Down Arrow x 5+, Enter). Then possible fixes: #1. Faulty first attempt; delete User.ini & redo whole method. OR #2. User.ini has forgotten your resolution; re-enter it. OR #3. WSF needs refresh; click Save Settings again in WSF.
