OH gosh, it's a unreal engine game. My friend and I spent a night trying to get it to work. We kinda got it work using cheat engine. Every time we fixed the FOV, when a new game started, it would go back to being vert-. Lemme see if I can search out the thread. It's pretty old, I think it was before the major site update in which broke links if I'm not incorrect.
