Hey guys i have been on several fourms asking how to do triple monitor gaming and no one really Has a good solution for me. So i went to you guys the experts. Ok i have a crossfire Gigyabite mobo and 1 evga 250 GTS, I am looking into getting 3 23" monitors for 150.00 each.I do not have the money for the TH2G so im looking into doing the SoftTH. There are a couple of issues with my setup my 250 only runs 2 monitors and i want 3. I dont have the money to buy an ATI card with display port on it. So im going to run 2 nvidea cards not in sli. I prefer not to spend too much money on another card so i want the same one or preferably something cheaper.

This is where you guys come in!

1. Is this a good monitor? If not URL me

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824116420

2.What second GPU should i buy?

3. what kind of games can i run using my cards and 3 23" monitors?

Thanks, Ben

1. I personally don't like viewsonic because i tend to break them within a year to 18 months. But others have success where i don't.
2. For SoftTH, the second card doesn't need to be highesnd, but it does need to be PCI-E. On games that I run SoftTH, I use a x300 as my second card and it works. 1 thing I'll point out is that there will be some lag between side monitors and the middle. I don't particularly like it b/c i'm use to the TH2go (I.E. No lag). I'm not sure how to reduce the lag, but I might as well point it out.
3. I currently only on play UT2003 on SoftTH in 5760x1080 (3x23" 1080p Monitors). So I cant be much Help here.

If you are looking for a place for cheaper monitors and don't care if they are used (there is new stuff, both type are clearly marked) Go to CedarPC.com The Chantiliy online store has much more stuff. They are a local shop here in VA.

Ill 2nd what suiken_2mieu has to say, I am also running tri screen games using the sothTH method, personally I do not notice any lag in any of the games I run, everything is synced.
However this method is fairly taxing on the system and thus may suffer with lower performance pc's.

As for what games you can expect to run on your system take a look at the games list (at time of writting the main wsgf navigation links appear to be broke and take you to the main page only) and the detailed reports.

In short, as you may already be aware sothTH only has support for DirectX at present, and thus any openGL games will not work.
