I have to say, that does sound like 27" of yum! :)

I greatly enjoy the Dell U2410 :)

Dave, quick question. When I turn off my U2410 that's connected through DP, it disappears from the OS (Win7 64 bit). My other two monitors, which are connected through DVI, do not do this. Why is that? Can I disable this behavior? It's pretty annoying because if I have a dozen windows open and positioned over all 3 monitors, when I turn off the DP one, the OS thinks now only 2 monitors exist and moves all of my windows to the other two monitors. So when I turn my DP monitor back on again, all of my windows are out of place.

this one looks cool for a pLp setup with 2 1440x900 on the sides, although it would be hard to find matching ones with its small pixels

NEC MultiSync EA231WMI-BK (23" 1920x1080) e-IPS - $379

$322 brand new at provantage actually.

Pretty much the only non-TN panel you can get 3 of and spend less than $1000.
