i have 2x gtx 470 overclocked 800core 1600 shaders and i7 overclocked 4.3ghz.
im thinking about buying 3x Iiyama ProLite E2710HDSD 27 will my computer run them ok. 1920x1080 x 3 screens

Should do, just don't expect to always have max graphics, but that's the case for any triple screen setup.

I have two 470s @ 820/1900 and a core i7 @ 3.8 and running 5760x1080 res... I can't use AA most of the time but I can crank up just about everything else DX10 wise and some DX11 stuff also.. I can use the cuda water in just cause 2 and it looks amazing.. but some DX11 stuff in some games just kicks the FPS right in the nuts.. but as mentioned that is par for the course with many 3 screen setups.
