yes, there is alway somebody who is interested enough to do a quick calculation and find out what turns out. :wink:
(i dont have experience with TH2go, so i can only concentrate on physical stuff:)
first, you will need a widescreen (assuming 16:10) with a native resolution of
2048x1280 (which i did not find). that way if you turn it, you will get the TH2go res of 3840x1024. and you really use half of its height.
and second, to have the same size in the middle as on the sides, this screen needs to have a diagonal of:
~ 26" (25,66") for 17" 4:3 peripheral screens
~ 29" (28.679") for 19" 4:3 peripheral screens
...and if you want to use the whole screen in windows, you would have to plug it straight to your system (or switch from VGA to DVI), because TH2go neglects the upper part...
now eather this is already enough to forget the plan, or Paddy (or someone else) will tell you about the (likely) software and configuration problems... :?
but nevertheless: i like the idea :)
