it would be fantastic if someone could supply their working .exe file for every patch somewhere on the thread.

even better if it could be linked in the original thread post - that would make it alarmingly easy for noobs at all of this, such as me, to get these games working very easily without sifting through a whole thread to find the tutorial, the download files and ant followup.

know its a lot to ask but if someone that does it anyway uploaded them it shouldnt be a significant time hassle for them.

To try to learn this, I used the excellent instructions posted to fix 3440x1440 for version 1.10. Confirmed it works!

Just rename the file witcher3.exe and replace the one in Program Files\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\bin\x64 or wherever you installed the game.

The file works for me, I get no black bars during cutscenes (except for the pre-rendered movies, can't do anything about that) and conversations.

I meant to log back on last night just to thank you. I figured it out last night and it works amazing. You have no idea how long I was going crazy because of those cut scenes. Thanks a million times!!

Hey. I have an issue and was wondering if anybody could help. I'm currently running Witcher 3 1.08 with a patched exe for 21:9 compatibility that I got from these forums and it's been working just fine. Now with Hearts of Stone out I'd love to install it, but I can't update to 1.10 because the patch won't install. I suspect it's because of the modified exe I have. Luckily I still have the original 1.08 exe in a backup folder. Now, is there a new modified exe for 1.10 available?
