Performance with 7xx series cards in SLI using latest drivers is REALLY poor. I'm only getting 60% utilization with both cards.

I really hope someone can fix the black bars during the cutscenes/dialogue. Totally infuriating. Ive had it bug out a couple of times and show behind the black bars for a few seconds and there is no reason for them to be there. It has to be a bug, right?

The performance with my 980's with the latest drivers is non-existent. The driver is bugged and/or the witcher 3 flag for the game doesn't work as intended. I've tried changing the flag to sleeping dogs and daylight/evolve and it gives me a massive boost in FPS, but flickering everywhere, making it not an option.

I see I'm not the only one in this boat.

I'm also having this issue with my 780's, fullscren @ 5760x1080 and they only average about 50-60%
Also having issues at 1080p where I'm barely getting 60fps on max settings

Guess I'll try Toothless Spoon's sli bit when I get home to try and see how that does performance wise.

I did manage to get the game running at 60fps on my system within the GPU usage limit of 60%, (pair of 980s to 5040x1050 resolution), I did it by settings all the graphics settings as low as they would go, seemed to do the trick. Really CDPR and NVIDIA, my system can just about max out Crysis 3 at that resolution, and that game still looks better then most games out the last couple of years.

Ok, so I tested the new drivers on my older system, with titan Sli (just normal titans), 3770k @ 4.4 and sli works in the game with 90+ usage. That system is only hooked up to my TV, so I've tried 1080p = 60+ solid / DSR 1.5% = 40 - 60. That's with everything on ultra and Hairworks on.

My 980 sli system however, still wont run sli in the game. In fact I get negative scaling if I have Sli enabled. There is something going on with the driver/system. Both systems have had a clean install of windows. Some peeps on the gefore forums tend to think it could be related to overclocked gpus etc.

my 7950 gets about 40 fps at medium settings, kinda disappointing for how the game looks but at least 21:9 works for game play. Now if only there was a way to get the bars to go away when I talk to someone

I am using 2 G1 GTX 970s in SLI and 3 BenQ 2420TX monitors. With bezel correction on, my resolution is 6000x1080.
Every other game I can play maxed out at over 60fps at 6000x1080. For some reason The Witcher 3 doesn't give me over 30 fps even on the lowest graphics settings. The Ultra setting yields 20 to 25 fps. Something can't be right here. It's as if I'm only using 1 graphics card.
