Just like to say hey to you all. I have been a long time lurker since my friend S.T.A.L.K.E.R. recommended this site. I also have seen a few familiar names popping up like Tricky2U from SoF2.
A little about myself. I am a Network Manager for GameFront and the old site manager for sof2files over there.
I only play eyefinity supported games now as once you go wide you just can't go back.

Enjoying the articles and look forward to contributing to this place in the future. Keep up the great work guys.

Your right those were great days. I did help out a small part on the GoldRush mod for that game and made some official bot routes. Even got my own bot in 3.0 release. Fired the old game up yesterday after mentioning it here and graphically it hasn't aged well but the gameplay is still brilliant.

About 5 years of my life is defined by that game. I miss it. :( Don't think I've played any other FPS as competitively. All the practices and clan wars! Lovely stuff.

There will never be another community like the SoF2 community. A lot of great times in that game and some great friends (virtual and real)
Might try and get a few of the old timers together for a few games. I still talk to a few from E*E and the {UK} Snipers to name but a few. Could be fun.
