A lot of fixes and for Multi-screens:

1) An issue causing Eyefinity setups to not be correctly detected for some players has been fixed.
2) Fixed certain issues that caused the mouse cursor to be able to leave the game-screen on multi-monitor setups
3) On top of this we are continuing to monitor for any issues that may need to be addressed in a future patch. One extra feature we can already confirm for a future patch is support for Nvidia 3DVision and Nvidia Surround.

That's pretty neat, any idea now if Eyefinity users can change their FOV?

My HUD is finally properly centered (it used to only work with crossfirex disabled) - running 6048x1080. The game in general feels smoother. I do still have bad steam overlay corruption (it flickers and cannot take screenshots -- they show up black). All in all a great patch. I'm psyched that the HUD is finally fixed.

As far as the FOV goes, I was able to change it previously (prior to the game properly centering my HUD), but the option is now red. I'm honestly ok with how it is set by default, but more options is always better.

The patch also adds in-game adverts on the loading screens, there is however a mod to stop them here.. http://blog.gib.me/2011/08/23/deus-ex-human-revolution-no-ads/

11.8 Cap 4 (available here: http://www.rage3d.com/cap/) fixed my Steam overlay flicker. Screen shots still show up black, but that's not a huge deal. However, the HUD is no longer centered :(

So the latest patch still did not fix the lack of HUD centering or detection of my Eyefinity setup. I have no idea why it still won't recognize my Eyefinity setup and center the HUD elements. I'm still playing it despite the lack of HUD centering and enjoying it for the most part. I'm going to try breaking and remaking my Eyefinity group to see if that works but beyond that I don't know what else to do aside from uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

My setup:
Antec 900 II case
Asus Crosshair IV Formula mobo
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Quad core 3.4 GHZ
8 MB Kingston HyperX RAM 1600 @ 7-8-7-20
Win 7 64-bit Home Edition
Radeon 5970 w/custom Arctic Cooler triple fan
3x Acer H243H monitors-0 Eyefinity @6048x1080 bezel adj. rez

I think the lack of HUD centering and Eyefinity detection has to do with CrossfireX. Some Eyefinity users have stated that the HUD centering and Eyefinity detection does not work when CrossfireX is enabled and does work when CrossfireX is disabled. Guess they just overlooked the CrossfireX issues when doing the patch. Hopefully they address this soon in another patch or we get a new CAP profile at some point beyond 11.8 CAP4 which does not fix the problems.

HUD centering is still not working as long as I enable CFx on my system. With just one HD 6870 the HUD is centered properly.

As for screenshots: I use FRAPS and had to change my assigned key to the PRNT SCRN key. Screenshots work fine now. Previously, the game would actually crash on me.
