hey guys, can someone help pls?

I have 3 x Dell 24" setup with single 5870, using 10.3 drivers

when I start the game, the menu is so chooppy, as in only every 2-3 seconds something happens ... I cnat even do anything as its like frozen all the time and the sounds goes for a split second then cuts out ... any thoughts?

That happened with me, what drivers are you using? i was on 10.5's changed it to the 10.4 hotfix and now its fine.

I tried to install the 10.4 hotfix but it said during installation something like no drivers were installed. so I had to reinstall the original 10.3 package. :(

Pleased to report that SoftTH is running the game dx9 5040x1050 quite nicely.

The game is like a Russian Fallout 3, but with some nice intimate combat (at least early in the game) where stealth and tactics work. Sneaking around in the dark and putting a double shotgun blast to someone is quite satisfying!

Used the fov 60 in the two cfg files and it looks about right to me.

When I first ran the game triplewide it squished everything onto the middle monitor (as the game still had 1680x1050), selected 5040x1050 and looked great.

Mouse is slow on the menus, but appears normal in game.

Running highest settings, no stuttering.

Have the 8800GT configured to handle the PhysX so the GTX 470 can handle the resolution.

Eyefinity seems to be working ok for me right from the install am I just lucky?? - just the over sensitive mouse problem but I maybe able to adjust that in the logitec settings.

what does the latest patch do (don't want to install if it messes the thing up) and it is the only patch they have released?

I just grabbed this game today through Steam. I had the same exact problem with 3 Sam P2450's using 1 HD 5870 with 10.5. I was getting 1 frame per 2 seconds. Using DX9 was fine, but anything above was a lost cause.

I chose graphics over widescreen, so I disable the other 2 screens.

Does triple-screen still give you incorrect mouse sensitivity When i first tried it just after release, the games' mouse behaviour went wonky; the horizontal movement was 3x greater than the vertical. Made the game pretty unplayable.

Yep, maybe not 3x greater, but horz mouse movement is still faster. I got used to it, though - it's more the un-smoothness of the mouselook and the low FOV that make my eyes burn after ten minutes...
