Currently downloading it from Steam. Didn't find to much info on the game as to Eyefinity or multi screen support so I'll let you know once I have it installed.

I was also wondering if I can use my G27 wheel on this game? If you got any info please let us know TY.

OK, got it all setup now and the verdict is....

Well yes and no.

I can only speak for the Steam version here so to set the resolution go to...

Main Steam window > "My games" > right click on Sonic and SEGA All Stars Racing and select "Sonic and SEGA All Stars Racing Config".

In the window that opens you can adjust Resolution, Language, Texture, Shadows and Low Detail Models.

When Eyefinity is enabled you will have the option (three 24") to have up to 5760x1200 and 6088x1200 available.

As I launched the game and started a race the image was stretched. So until we find a fix or a patch for the game come out it will not scale properly.

To bad really, the kids wanted to play it with all three screens on. Still a great game for the kids.

I have one of the Microsoft Xbox Gamepads for windows and it works fine in this game. Yes it is stretched in Eyefinity which kinda made me sad because it is a fun little game that would be cool in eyefinity

@geniv2, odd?

I haven't install my gamepad yet so I'll test it for sure, but a friend is playing his on a Logitech wireless and having a blast. I'll test it with a G27 wheel when I have a change but I have strange feeling it may not work.

Any word on a fix or patch out there yet?

@dopefish, your thoughts on this sir would be very cool. :bowdown

It also don´t have 16:10 support. :x

You can set a 16:10 resolution and check the widescreen option, but it's only for 16:9, son you get a "nice" vertical strech.

I can't believe that in 2010 we still have this kind of stupid problem.

16:10

16:9

Also I can't get the pad working.

I hope that someone find a solution in both matters.

And by the way... someone could get the AA working? I can't by any chance.

Cheers.

I guess that's what we have to look forward to when it come to some converted console-to-PC games.

Thanks for the screens blackpill. Looks good but it would have looked and played better in 5760x1200.

Scooby...

Yeah. That's what I think too. Bad lazy port.

Scavvenjahh...

Here is the shots:

4:3 (1024x768)

16:10 (1440x900 whit widescreen option not checked)

16:10 (1440x900 whit widescreen option checked)

You can see that the fov is horizontal or vertical streched in any case. The funny thing is that it don't have any 16:9 resolution to choose either!

So, another game screaming for a patch... that may never come.

Thanks, I see the problem now. (I was right though, since that previous 16:9 shot was faked)
For the record, there is no "vertical stretch" (the VFOV is fixed). The game is horizontally stretched (ws off) or squished (ws on) in 16:10. Just like so many other half-assed console ports with a hard-coded 16:9 switch... *sigh*
