Hi,

I've been searching for a fix for WWE 2K16 and its so called ultrawide support with black bars on the side.

Highly doubt we will see a patch for the issue and its so annoying as WWE 2K15 supported 21:9 flawlessly.

WWE 2K16 uses the same game engine as WWE 2K15 which is even more infuriating to know and I can't understand why the game doesn't support 21:9.

Is there a way to fix this with a hex editor by any chance?

So I was Investigating how most of these Ultrawide fixes are created and there mostly done via a hex editor if the developer doesn't support 21:9 natively and I used the following on the EXE file of WWE 2K16:

Using a hex editor find and replace the following:

39 8E E3 3F

With:

8E E3 18 40 (3440x1440)

Or

26 B4 17 40 (2560x1080)

(Be sure to change datatype to hex-value in hex editor and backup up exe before hand)

Save the executable.

Now in game there is no longer black bars on the side.

However the problem now is that the user interface and HUD is off screen slightly.

ANy suggestions for fixing the hud and menu?
