Amazing screenshots. I'm still trying to figure out how to get mine working properly with nVidia surround, using 344.75 drivers now.
Perhaps it's working with Eyefinity?
When I start the game (as admin) from a desktop at 6180x1080 (bezel corrected resolution) the game starts in a windowed mode on the corner of the left monitor. When I click on that window it goes full screen and seems to go through the opening cinematics without incident. When the "Click to Continue" prompt comes up I'm unable to click anything to proceed, it just sits there. I've never seen this type of problem before and I'd love to see what kind of FPS I get in surround. If it's working for anyone successfully in nVidia surround (5760x1080 or above) please see if you can lend me a hand.
Also, recently the nVidia control panel has allowed me to set keyboard-bound shortcuts to switch from 1920x1080 back to 6180x1080 on the fly with Control-Alt-R and Contol-Alt-S respectively. Sadly, the game doesn't seem to want to run in this spoofed 1 screen mode (crashes to desktop after freezing for a good 30 seconds while trying to load up). A bit of a shame.
I'm sure this will be patched up and working soonish, but I thought I'd post my experience thus far.
Thanks!
I tried it with my GTX 970. At first it showed the surround resolution in the menu but the side monitors were not showing anything in game. When I tried to switch to 1920x1080 it failed somehow and I had to reselect a resolution blind and it went back to the surround resolution, now with side monitors working as intended. The game played ok for the most part, got ~35 FPS maxed no MSAA. Cutscenes had some weird black uneven bar creeping up from the bottom. The cutscenes seem to have other issues too, they judder quite a bit no matter what setting or resolution I use. You can change the cutscene framerate to 60 with a shortcut command -GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+ but this didn't really fix the judder, and it probably causes other issues. I noticed if my FPS was too high the new game intro would cut and place me in the scene rather than move on to the next one.
I noticed the game seemed to drop FPS seriously if used in borderless windowed mode. I got a lot better performance full screen vsync on.
BTW if you didn't know, you can use Nvidia Surround Toggle v3 to toggle between extended mode and surround. A lot more convinient than ctrl+alt+s.
