I have not tested it, but can show strong evidence that it will work.

1. It uses Frostbyte Engine. Which historically spreads consistently.
(FYI, Manual PLP testing history of engine: Confirmation Basis: 7 tested games so far (3 from Frostbite 2, 4 from Frostbite 3). Method used is simple & not likely to break (but for older games, SoftTH should be attempted if failure). Common Spread Method: In-game borderless (or windowed if no borderless or if borderless fails spread). ShiftWindow (to position & with no border if in-game borderless. But if windowed, + border = borderless full spread)

2. NFS historically spreads well manually, I have spread most of them (every NFS I played, many).

So we have very high chance this game will spread well. And we have a backup plan: If game spreads poor out-of-box fullscreen for some reason, can still attempt borderless manual method, which will extremely likely work.

Side note, options can be found in My Documents\Need For Speed\settings\ you want PROFILEOPTIONS_profile and in there the 3 options of note are as follows:
GstRender.FilmGrain 1 (change to 0 to turn it off)
GstRender.ScreenSafeAreaHeight 0.900000
GstRender.ScreenSafeAreaWidth 0.900000 (tweak this to move the HUD, triple monitor users will want it about 0.3 or 0.33)

You can also fine tune sensitivity and dead zones in there.
