Game & video renders well; hor+ & FOV in all views looks proper (including house). But HUD & menu are stretched, not a problem.

SoftTH (fullscreen, DX9 x86). In-game at "Press START to play", fullscreen (Alt+Enter, game remembers). At player, open menu & correct your single-screen details (this fixes startup views). Quit, restart game & select your massive resolution with correct refrest rate.
NOTES:
1. Game & video renders well; hor+ & FOV in all views looks proper (including house). But HUD & menu are stretched, not a problem.
2. Game is bit unstable, with rare abend (likely not PLP-specific). Problem list:
A. One or two specific cutscenes will abend game (same as LLL). When it happens, switch to single-screen at last checkpoint. Get past the cutscene & switch back to PLP.
B. Game may randomly lock up during a race (may be conflict). Completely shut off PC to clear it.
3. If using mouse, pointer rarely may disappear in a store (likely a Windows 8.1 UI conflict; so pressing Enter key works better; * or good chance PrimaryLock utility would correct it, details in guide/parent page). Must exit store to refresh pointer, using methods:
A. Highlight exit button with the invisible pointer & click.
B. If there is no invisible pointer, then press Ctrl+Alt+Del, Task Manager, Alt-Tab back to game; do all this twice.
C. If still no input, restart game.
4. Camera photos are stretched, but still count for achievements (same as LLL).
