Borderless (best choice *): In-game windowed, quit. Edit %LOCALAPPDATA%\2K Games\Mafia II\ Saves\videoconfig.cfg. Adjust the number string to your resolution (no border): 0 0 #### (width) #### (height) 0 0 0 0. ShiftWindow (+ border = borderless).
OR Fullscreen: Backup original (path-to-game)\d3d9.dll. SoftTH (DX9 x86). In-game select massive resolution.

NOTES:
1. * SoftTH fullscreen weaknesses:
A. Unsightly shader anomaly on character outfit. Caused by SoftTH's d3d9.dll replacing game's.
B. Can't use in-game APEX PhysX (graphic anomalies).
2. To use APEX PhysX in-game setting (in borderless), must use game's old PhysX installer. Likely requires first uninstalling previously installed PhysX. Feature makes little difference.
