Hello everyone, I'm having problems with my 3rd monitor for a 3x1080p setup. I used to have an rx480 with 3 AOC hdmi monitors. (one of which I am using an active display port-hdmi converter) and it worked perfectly.

I recently switched to a 980ti classified my friend gave me, and also an MSI optix g27c. I'm trying to setup nvidia surround, but I can't even get the 3rd monitor going (the one connected on the displayport-hdmi adapter). It would power up, display the screen for a second, flicker, then power off and it keeps cycling. As it is right now, only 2 monitors are working (one AOC plugged to the only hdmi port, and the MSI plugged to the Display port). Other than buying a new monitor with display port, I've been trying to get 3x display with the monitors I have right now.

I've tried:
1) switching the locations I plug the display port converter in
2) shorter hdmi cable
3) upgraded my psu from a 600w to 850w
4) checked with other display port monitors if the sockets are busted, but they all work fine (i can run 3x monitor if I have 2 display port monitors and 1 hdmi - which I will do as a last resort)

My current system specs if it helps are
win 10
fx8320e
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
evga 980ti classified

Thanks a lot
