im trying to figure out what would be the best processor to use on a shuttle xpc with a 7970 and 32gb of ram. thers like 4 chips im considering but not sure wich i should use. system will be so small and only 500w psu so ill probably be running stock speeds. so wondering if i would be ok with the 3820. will be running tripple wide monitors, gaming on WOW, and video encoding.

3820 is only a Quad Core. 3.6ghz. 4ghz in Turbo? No K so Max overclock is 4 steps over Max Turbo iirc... so Maximum would be 4.4ghz.

if you have the money go for an 3930k. 6 cores.
you can overclock up to 52x100 And Most 3930k Do between 4.5 And 5ghz watercooled.

i'd Recommend the 3930k. IF you dont have to spend the money on other Computer parts. Like SSD or GPU.

p.s 500W PSU? why that? included with case? space Problems?
