Apparently 3D is being pushed more this year than last at CES 2011. Samsung, LG and AOC have announced new 3D Monitors.
AOC looks like it has a basic entry into the 3D group:

Samsung's new monitors look really sexy and thin. But, for most of us it is lacking in the multiple monitor setups because like most new entries it looks like they have forgotten about VESA.

LG is going with a passive 3D monitor. All 3D monitors currently use powered active shutter glasses. Passive 3D is the same technology they use in movie theatres which uses polarized lenses and images to create the 3D content. And from the picture it looks like LG is trying to cater a bit more to our crowd.

I really like how sexy the Samsungs look and how small the bezels are. But for the love of god, include VESA mounting. After switching to a multiple monitor stand I can't see doing it any other way. It really does make that much of a difference with deskspace and the overall clean look of the setup.
Also, my guess is like every other monitor that is true 120 Hz that they are TN panels. I really hope that manufacturers start coming out with IPS panels that don't use interpolation to simulate 120 Hz (and cost an arm and a leg) like the Mistubishi.
