I am looking for a good 24 inch monitor but I don't know if I should wait for the LED monitors and see if they are any good or for the samsung Eyefinity monitors :). I mean you want as thin bezel monitor as possible.

The best 22 inch monitor in my opinion is the Dell 2209WA and the upgraded version of that one is the Dell U2410 but it doesn't justify the price.

for gaming you want good response time, and low input lag (IMO this is more important than response time as 8ms response is less than 2 frames of lag (~32ms).

The U2410 has been described to me as "just good enough on Game mode" to game with, on the normal mode the input lag is too high. I have also heard others with no problem with it.

However, if you want a good screen with little input lag then I would see about a 22" TN panel, or a 120Hz screen, you lose a lot of colour accuracy, and a lot of viewing angle, but you don't lose out when gaming.

Well I got 3x 22 inch HP w2207h (TN) atm. But was looking into upgrading to 3x24 inch togheder with a new graphic card (ATI 5970). The triplehead for me is a discontinued product due to the lack of support.

IMO, unless you are playing UT2004, CS 1.6 or something competitivly, I don't think there will be a problem with the "lag" on the U2410.

IMO it would be a great investment if 2 things happen:

Seems like there is a new A01 revision that has a fix for the dithering problems

and...

If you get one without the tint issue :D :D

But...

TH2Go is supported still, it's just that everyone is eyefinity crazy at the moment as it allows for native resolutions and refresh rates, and it's all off the card, but likewise, the ATi solution is not without problems, however these are mostly centered around if you have no native Displayport screen, as the majority of the problems seem to come from the DP adaptors which may or may not be helped by BIOS upgrades, and may or not be caused by the card itself at all.

So YMMV as they say! But I would get a U2410, I think.
