Hi folks!

Just connected 3 monitors to my 2xgtx 470.
One of the monitor is Benq E2200HD, http://www.anandtech.com/show/2659/3
and the two others is Benq T2200HD, http://gdgt.com/benq/t2200hd/specs/

and my problem is that I only get nvidia controlpanel to configure it to 3840x1024 (instead of 5720x1080 wich I should/want?)

My suggestions is that they arent running the same sync polarity (how to check that, change that?)
or is it because of the connections? (= 2 of them with VGA cable + DVI-I adapter and 1 of them with VGA/DVI-A cable)

Do I have to get a third T2200HD or will it work with all three monitors connected with DVI-D cable?

Unlike Eyefinity, Nv Surround is supposed to work with any connection type, so I don't think 3x DVI-I adapters would make a difference. Sync polarity might indeed be the problem...

It should work, but maybe there is something screwed up with the edid. That's the only thing I can think of.
Try going all digital, it may fix you.

I had same issue! Had 3 diff monitors but same res. Problem was one of the mon had diff polarity. The second I got three of the same model dell native dp monitors I could go native 5040x1050 with bm.

Nvidia has a big problem with using native res with diff mons but lets you do bm. Amd is the opposite: you cannot do bm with diff mon but lets you do native res. Even with mon of diff polarity, brand etc.

If you have the same matching mons everything works so so much better.

I've read about people having issues until they used 3 of the same connectors (DVI) and that fixed it for them, but perhaps there is a different sync polarity in the mix.

For NVIDIA 3D surround, it's a must to connect all three monitors with a digital connection (in this case DVI), but well, as far as I know, you don't pretend to use it for 3D, so I don't know... but is a point to start, as others sayd
