So pleased with myself to have solved the Oversized HUD issue with Eyefinity (and probably with Nvidia Surround too)
When playing around with resolutions I found that something in the game engine put my fourth monitor above
eyefintiy setup rather than below, where it should be in a Tee setup that I use for flight sims. As that would then
account for the HUD/UI in the game trying to render in free space above the eyefinity screens, I tried the game
with my fourth screen disabled in the Catalyst Control Centre and voila.
Correct sized HUD and UI shown on the centre eyefinity screen as it should be.
Now I'm guessing that the common denominator for those with this problem is that they are running four screens!!

Try it and if successful let us know.

Plus point is that by using the Presets in the CCC you can change this with a couple of key strokes before entering
and after leaving the game.

Thanks. A friend was having that problem with his FC3 and disabling his fourth display fixed it.

nope not gonna work for me... :(

Running 3 x 24" screens at 5760x1080 (desktop and games)(bezel off)

running with bezel on at 5920x1080 still the same only one thing has changed!

the info tags "Press space to climb", "Press E to loot" and thins like that are 80% visible with bezel off
With bezel correction they are only visible for 10%, they moved up and are unreadable :P

Interesting.!
Can you post a pic of your desktop setup from CCCenter. Might be able to spot something to help. I know how frustrating it is!

Also messed around with the GPU scale settings, didn't change a thing :p
But for some reason I can't set "maintain aspect ratio" it always default to "scale image to full panel size"

Whenever I enable Letterbox mode ingame it switches the res to 1920x1080, so the left and right monitor go black, but hud is correct...

Sorry
Can't say I can spot anything there that would cause the Strange HUD that you either of you are getting.
Running a fourth monitor was without doubt the cause of my problem and seemingly was the cure for some others with the problem.
Only thing I will suggest is try changing your windows desktop resolution to one that is in the game settings, ie: try without Bezel correction if you can't
get the settings to match.
It is obvious from this and other anomalies, that the game engine is very dependant on the windows resolution settings.
Good Luck

the 4 monitor trick from Cap Loz didn't work either...

Set the 4th monitor everywhere enabled /disabled didn't change a thing, overlarge HUD stayed :(
