Post subject:  Alternative monitors for 3x eyefinity gaming

I am planning on buying 3x new monitors for gaming in eyefinity.

ASUS ML248H - http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-ML248H-24-Inch-1920x1080-Monitor/dp/B004EFYG70
Samsung PX2370 - http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-PX2370-23-Inch-Widescreen-Backlight/dp/B003HFG6S0/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1314980061&sr=1-1
ViewSonic VX2739WM - http://www.viewsonic.com/products/archive/vx2739wm.htm

Prize is not an issue when selecting between these screens. I was hoping someone may have some experience with these in eyefinity setup, or gaming generally.

My concerns are :
-Ghosting
-Motion blur

Non of these monitors have display port connections, i assume this is not a problem for eyefinity as i only need an adapter (i hope).

If money doesn't matter I would prefer an IPS-Panel from HP, Dell or NEC. And of course - monitors with displayport. I would also recommend 16:10 screens and the screens should have a thin bezel. A bezel like this Viewsonic has will disturb you.
And do yourself a favour - don't by TN-Panels for an Eyefinity-Setup.;)

Post subject:  Hi, guess i could have been

Hi, guess i could have been more clear in my original post. Money was not an issue when choosing between the models i had listed, but money is ofc an issue compared to other monitors which may be alot more expensive. All the monitors above are in the same prize range :)

I dont know how much a typical monitor with IPS-panel would cost, but i assume it is alot more expensive then the models listed above.

To be honest i dont know why I shouldnt choose a TN panel for eyefinity. When it comes to gaming, they are often said to be the fastest monitors with regard to response time. Remember i dont use the rig for photo or video editing etc, and i need screens that will give me a sharp and clear image in fast motion gaming. I have a TN panel on my single monitor today, the Samsung syncmaster T240, and i am happy with the colors and response, though i do see some motion blur on it......

Why would a montior would dispay port matter? Is there a difference in quality with using DP to DP connection, compared to DP->adapter->DVI?

Post subject:  OK sorry. I would definitely

OK sorry. I would definitely try a Dell 2412m or HP ZR24w. Don't know what they cost in your place. With Eyefinity you have a very wide viewing angle and then TN sucks. But that's just my opinion. You may try inexpensive TNs like the ones you've listed. Its all about personal preference in terms of image quality. If I were you, I would throw my money on some very good screens instead of buying insane GPU power like 5970 SLI, or 6990 and use them on crappy TFTs.:)

Native DP is just less troublesome than any adapter solution.
