The monitors have VGA and HDMI only. Their max resolution is 1980x1200.
I was told I need to get an Display port to DVI converter that is progressive for anything over 1920x1080 or adaptive if i am running 1920x1080.

I have tried all sorts of adapters and converters and nothing can get all three working.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

You need to use either a native display port ,a active dvi > dp adapter or vga > dp adapter.

There is plenty of threads around the forum explaining in better detail and why you need to etc.

I highly recommend the Monster brand, DisplayPort -> VGA adapter. It costs a little more than other similar adapters but it is working flawlessly for me for about two months now.

This links shows the adapter and also where I got mine...

Hey anand, did you get your monitors off Newegg? I ask, because I have the exact same models running on Eyefinity.

This is the adapter I'm using for one of the monitors on the display port: http://store.apple.com/us/product/MB571Z/A?mco=MTY3ODQ5OTY

I also had to buy a short mini display port (male) to regular display port (male) cable to hook it up. Works like a charm. Only issue I had when I first set it up was getting the drivers to get into the resolution I needed. I believe the adapter didn't have enough power, to I bought my self an dual USB wall charger, since I don't think my motherboard was creating enough power for the adapter.

But yes, Eyefinity works just fine on these monitors.
