Hello there.
I am after a bit of advice from you knowledgable folks if you don't mind.
1. I currently own a 24" Dell 2408 wfp monitor.
2. I have purchased TH2Go digital
3. I had purchased 3 x 22" AG Neovo HW22" monitors, they worked fine on 4320 x 900 at 60Hz. They do not accept the 57Hz for the higher resolution of 5040 x 1050 so I sent them back this morning. I was oh so tempted just to keep them because even 4320 x 900 is amazing. (Yes I should have read in here that the AG Neuvo did not support 57Hz before I bought them but ah well live and learn. )
4. I will not stop until I get 5040 x 1050!
5. So now I am not sure what to do :? .
6. Should I just get another two 24" monitors to work with my existing Dell 24"> They will not run on there native resolution 1900 x 1200 so the picture will not be crystal clear. Can I live with that? would you?
7. Dell chap on the phone says my 24" 2408 wfp should run at 57Hz....I'm not entirely convinced though so don't want to buy another two 24" monitors just to have to send them back.
8. Should I just go and buy 3 x 22" monitors that I know will work at 5040 x 1050 @57Hz
9. Do you think TH2Go will be upgraded in the future to support 5760 x 1200? if so 24" would be best choice. I would also hate to get another 2 x 24" monitors and be annoyed at the picture quality. But, buying 3 x 22" monitors would make my existing nearly new rather expensive 24" redundant.
Sorry about the long post chaps I'm just not really sure the best way to go with this. What would you guys do if you were me? Any advice on which monitors to buy would also be much appreciated.
Edit: Having browsed through the forums I see that others have the same dilema. I think I'm going to just get another 2 x 24" monitors at people are saying that for gaming in a non native resolution is not bad at all.
Is there a way to test my existing monitor will run at 57Hz before I buy another two?
Thanks and regards,
Struan
