Here is a fix to get Zero Hour to look nice in Triplehead. I tested it only briefly, but it should universally apply to all ZH maps.

Files available from https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files (search there)

Extract the archive into your Zero Hour program folder. It should create a subfolder structure like this:
..\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Data\INI\GameData.ini

If you already have GameData.ini extracted to this folder (for modding or such) it will be overwritten! Backup first!

Triplehead FOV before fix:

There should be no terrain clipping since I enabled DrawEntireTerrain. :D

PS-the game looks FANTASTIC on 3 screens.

Perhaps a good reason to reinstall...? ;)

Zero Hour, like BFME2, truly takes on an appropriately epic feel with an expanded fov. Once I get some free time (not till the holidays) I plan to engage some 1-on-7 ZH skirmishes in glorious Triplehead. :D

If Worldbuilder came with the game, you could try editing the maps yourself.
